I wanted to take the time to thank you and your staff for all the hospitality I received at the Doubletree Bristol! My stay was for 10 days, and it felt like home. From the night I arrived after a 7.5 hour drive, I felt welcomed and it was the first time I really appreciated the cookie… I was starving! Throughout my stay, your flexibility with my needs did not go unnoticed! I had a meeting room for my official events, but my schedule was ever changing and EVERYONE I dealt with accommodated my needs. They actually exceeded my expectations.
I am a Diamond member, I stay at many Hilton properties and have the choice to stay at anywhere in CT with my new position. I will be staying at the Doubletree Bristol whenever I can due to the personal service I received from everyone! Linda, Nancy, Lauren, Rob, Debbie, Amy, Eddie and many others that I simply can't remember their names at this time, need to be recognized. It's actually unfair to even give those names when I can't remember everyone in fear that I am forgetting some very important people who contributed to my positive experience at the property.
Finally, the property is beautiful. The rooms are new and modern, and my team all commented on how nice it was.
Please share this with your supervisor, because you made an effort at every opportunity to check on my stay and I hope you are recognized as well.
